1. Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with Next Build. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within the specified 14-day period. Refunds for recurring subscription renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis, generally if requested within 48 hours of the renewal charge.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns related to payments.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@nextbuild.app with your order details. We will process your request and, if approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
